Commit as much or as little time as you want.

Please feel free to contact one of our PTO Officers or Chairpersons. If there is a topic you would like to discuss at an upcoming PTO meeting, please contact one of the officers and we will happily add your topic to the agenda.

Attention 4th Grade Parents and Guardians

Traditionally, 4th Grade parents and guardians help coordinate and host the 5th Grade Move-Up Day Celebration. Move-Up Day is Wednesday, June 21st from 1:30-2:30 pm. Responsibilities include purchasing supplies (with PTO monies), setting up the court yard, serving cake and drinks and cleaning up.

Also, 4th Grade parents and guardians are being sought for next school year’s 5th Grade Committee. The committee is primarily responsible for coordinating the fundraising efforts for the 5th Grade’s end of the year field trip.

In the past, the 5th Grade Committee has successfully raised and covered the cost of the field trip and parents and guardians have not had to pay. Fundraisers include a bake sale and scratch ticket tree raffle for the Primary and November Elections and a can drive.

If you are interested in helping in any capacity for Move-Up Day or being on the 5th Grade Committee, please contact Sarah Newell at or Michelle Bourassa at

Williams' Pittsfield Suns Night

Please join Williams Elementary School for a "Sundraiser" with the Pittsfield Suns as they host the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs on Friday, June 16th at 7:00 pm.

Grandstand tickets are $5.00 and the Suns will donate $2.00 per ticket to Williams PTO.

To purchase tickets for this fundraiser, go to and use the password "williams" or call the ticket office at 413-445-SUNS.

Purchase your tickets by Monday, June 12th to be entered into a raffle for your Williams student to be a Pittsfield Suns Baseball Buddy.

Winning students will be able to stand on the field with the Suns players during the singing of the National Anthem. Winning students will be notified by game day.

Remember to wear your William Spirit Wear!

If the game is canceled due to rain, tickets can be used at any other game during the 2017 season.

Please note that coupons cannot be used to purchase tickets to support this fundraiser.
